This full time position leads a team of Snowmakers and involves maintaining and optimizing snowmaking equipment throughout the winter season and readying for the summer wildfire program. You will develop operational plans and monitor key performance metrics to support overall service level objectives. Your role is essential for maximizing snow quality and adhering to environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement seasonal snowmaking plans
• Oversee the maintenance of snowmaking equipment and systems




• Monitor snowmaking operations and resource utilization
• Coordinate with other departments for effective mountain operations
• Maintain reliable records on snowmaking activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in snowmaking operations required
• 3 years of management experience needed
• Strong background in snowmaking systems and technology
• Experience with budget and project management
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
