Compensation
The expected hiring range is $55,200 to $69,000 for a 37.5‑hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Qualifications (Why We’ll Love You)
RIBO License
Sincere and personable with strong verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship‑building abilities
Master time manager, able to multi‑task and maintain confidentiality
Adaptive to shifting priorities based on client needs
Bonus: 3 years of Commercial insurance experience with RIBO License, working toward a CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation
Responsibilities (Once Here, You’ll)

Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
Cultivate client relationships by providing exceptional client experience from sales to service
Maintain an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads
Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients
Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations
Uphold a client‑first focus throughout the claims process
