Qualifications
We seek a Senior Insurance Rep – Multi Branch Support with a minimum of five years of general insurance experience, at least a Level 2 license, and CAIB designation considered an asset. The role requires regular travel to various Insurance Branches and communities.
Compensation
Salary Range: M4 classification, $64,681 to $78,234 per year.

Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities: Expert support across multiple branches, delivering high-quality insurance services, assisting with complex multi‑line products, and ensuring a consistent client experience.
Branch & Client Support
Provide on‑site and remote insurance support, assisting with personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products.
Act as a mobile producer, building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales and service targets.
Ensure accurate policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support per company and regulatory standards.
Support branch operations during staffing shortages, vacations, or transitions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Training & Mentorship
Coach and mentor insurance staff on complex products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Deliver hands‑on training and guidance to current and existing employees, strengthening product knowledge, compliance awareness, and professional development.
Leadership & Teamwork – Internal Relationships
Collaborate with the Integris Insurance team to proactively build the general insurance book of business, including joint marketing initiatives and inter‑department referrals.
Proactively seek ways for the Insurance division to contribute to corporate results through idea submission and suggestions.
Demonstrate support for corporate initiatives.
Participate in interdepartmental projects and meetings to assist Integris with its financial goals.
