Key Responsibilities Design and develop DataStage jobs and data integration workflows to meet business requirements
Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in production and nonproduction environments
Collaborate with business analysts data architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes and data flows
Participate in code reviews and adhere to development standards and best practices
Support deployment and implementation of data integration solutions across environments
Required Qualifications 6 years of handson experience with IBM DataStage tool
Solid understanding of ETL design patterns and data integration principles
Proven experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills Proficiency in SQL query optimization stored procedures
Experience with DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
