Role Descriptions

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architects

Analyze and document end-to-end lending processes, business rules, and data flows

Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications





Support solution design discussions, gap analysis, and impact assessments

Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine requirements

Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Support UAT activities, defect triage, and release readiness

Contribute to documentation of processes, systems, and data definitions

Preferred Qualifications

Lending platform modernization or transformation experience

APIs and enterprise system integration concepts

Canadian banking regulatory and compliance exposure
