We’re partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing manufacturing group to bring on a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to their leadership team. This is prospect ideal for a strategic finance leader who wants to make a real impact while helping scale a high-momentum organization.
In this key leadership role, you will be very hands on with all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and budgets. Key Responsibilities for the role:
Lead corporate finance activities
Provide financial insights to support decision making
Financial and Board reporting
Cash flow and budgeting
Implement and maintain internal controls
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Establish and nurture professional relationships with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
Other duties as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (CPA)
Minimum of 5+ years progressive and relevant experience in a similar executive level role, ideally within an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners
High level of integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality
Proven leader with the ability to work closely with small and large teams
Experience implementing process and control improvements with an eye on improving profitability and operational efficiency
Positive, can-do attitude that thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
