Director, you will guide clients through complex change programmes that modernise planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will act as a senior advisor, shaping strategy, supporting presales, and overseeing delivery teams to maintain alignment between expectations and outcomes. Develop and manage client relationships to drive revenue and long-term partnerships Lead the sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation Engage in presales activities,



working with solution architects to scope and design tailored EPM and finance transformation solutions Act as a project sponsor across key engagements, ensuring quality and strategic alignment Provide guidance to clients on finance transformation best practices and technology adoption Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategy and growth plans Strong consulting background with experience delivering finance transformation or EPM projects end to end Familiarity with planning and performance management platforms such as OneStream, Oracle, Anaplan, Board, or similar Confident leading sales pursuits and supporting delivery teams through complex programmes Senior-level autonomy and a chance to shape growth in a key region Access to high-profile projects with diverse clients A team-oriented culture focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement Remote flexibility with support to balance work and life
