Full Description The Tova Vickar & Family Childcare Centre is a newer, non‑profit, Jewish play‑based centre located within Congregation Shaarey Zedek. We are licensed for a total of 44 children, 4 infants and 40 preschoolers. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Early Childhood Educator II or III to join our leadership team as our Supervisor in the Older Preschool Room. This is a full time, permanent position, with benefits being offered after 3 month probationary period.

Responsibilities Team Leadership — Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to Early Childhood Educators and Childcare Assistants. Program & Environment Oversight — Help maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Regulatory

Compliance — Ensure all practices meet Manitoba ELCC regulations and centre policies.

Skilled Role

Modelling — Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and respect in all interactions.
