This full time role, based in office in North Vancouver, requires significant interaction with management and mandates compliance with health and safety protocols while eliminating hazards on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee trade activities to ensure quality and efficiency
Implement and adhere to safety and quality processes
Assign work to skilled trade employees effectively




Collaborate on goals and performance accountability
Manage performance, attendance, and discipline of employees

Requirements:
Trades certification, preferably Red Seal Steamfitter/Pipefitter
5+ years of trades experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role
Robust knowledge of trade responsibilities in heavy manufacturing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
