Take charge of facilities operations as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for a thriving distribution organization. Lead maintenance teams, oversee compliance, and drive operational efficiencies across several sites. This vital role reports to the Vice President and requires an individual with over 5 years of hands-on management in warehouse or industrial settings.

You will be tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance and developing high-performance teams while optimizing preventative maintenance programs and managing budgets. Key Responsibilities:
Direct facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites
Lead budget management and identify savings
Oversee compliance with safety standards
Develop emergency response and continuous improvement plans
Mentor and coach the maintenance team for excellence

Requirements:
Education in Facilities Management or a similar field
5+ years of relevant management experience
Competent in Microsoft Office software
Experience with industrial refrigeration or CMMS is a plus
Willingness to travel when necessary
