Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar schedules and meeting logistics
• Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence
• Coordinate departmental information flow




• Update and maintain CVO SharePoint compliance
• Oversee training and compliance tracking for staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in senior-level administration
• High-level communication skills and diplomacy
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Valid class 5 driver's license for required travel
