We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team from our Thompson, MB location. In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting sales/customer requirements, providing information and presenting/selling promotional items.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying sales opportunities and meeting customers’ requirements.
Answering phone calls and emails in a skilled manner
Collecting customer information, obtaining orders, generating interest, and making product recommendations
Closing sales and achieving period/monthly targets
In person selling and setting up dynamic displays
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven sales experience; minimum 1 year experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong in person and phone contact handling skills including active listening
Working knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Post‑secondary degree, diploma or certificate considered an asset.
Ability to stay up to 3 overnights a week
Clean drivers abstract.
Ability to lift 50lbs
