We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, achieving sales goals, and building long-term relationships based on trust. Integrity is the foundation of everything we do.
Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen carefully to customers' concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
Prepare accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.




Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent communication.
Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
Help achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and customer retention goals.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Automotive knowledge is an asset.
Positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
