We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager with five or more years in freight claims, transportation operations, or LTL logistics. The successful candidate will be well-versed in managing cargo claims and resolving discrepancies, collaborating with terminals and operations to ensure smooth operations. Your role will include maintaining accurate records and identifying trends for process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full freight claims process and OS&D; concerns
• Analyze claims liability and facilitate resolutions
• Partner with operations and carriers to address freight discrepancies




• Keep track of claims trends and propose improvements
• Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in freight claims or LTL logistics
• Solid knowledge of claims procedures and investigations
• Experience with OS&D; and damaged freight resolution
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy setting
• Experience in a transportation or 3PL context is preferred
