Lead a transformational ERP initiative with Sirius Instrumentation and Controls in Edmonton. This pivotal role requires proven experience in ERP implementations across both Canadian and U.S. operations. As the Director of ERP Implementation, you’ll report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO.

Your mission is to ensure a successful migration from QuickBooks to a contemporary integrated ERP system, impacting key areas such as manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain. Robust project management and cross-functional leadership skills are essential for navigating this strategic transformation. Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP implementation across Canadian and U.S. operations
Develop and manage integrated master project plans




Ensure timelines and budgets align with project goals
Foster relationships with ERP partners and vendors
Coordinate user acceptance testing and data migration

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Two+ full-lifecycle ERP implementations in leadership roles
Robust executive-level communication skills
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
