Reporting to the Assistant Scientific Director, the KT&E; Specialist will cultivate relationships with academic and government partners. You will utilize established knowledge translation frameworks to implement strategies that effectively disseminate research to policymakers and practitioners in the military and Veteran sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop knowledge translation and exchange strategies
• Evaluate research implementation and policy impact
• Facilitate tailored KT interventions and assessments
• Manage projects through evaluation phases
• Prepare performance reports and summaries
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in KT roles
• Solid grasp of research methodologies
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience in health or nonprofit sectors is ideal
