Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 and 3 Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

The Early Childhood

Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational programs that align with our curriculum while ensuring a protected and engaging atmosphere for all students.

Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Foster a positive classroom setting that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and independence.
Utilize effective time management skills to plan daily activities and maintain an organized classroom.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build robust relationships and ensure the well-being of each child.
Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
Lead group activities that promote teamwork,



cooperation, and social skills among children.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations within the classroom.

Requirements
Early Childhood Education Level 2 or Level 3.
Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills to guide children in their learning experiences.
Communication skills in English is preferred to enhance language development among students.
Ability to educate children using various teaching methods tailored to individual learning styles.
Proficiency in systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
A nurturing attitude with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all children.
