This role involves managing day-to-day operations, business development, and ensuring operational excellence. With a focus on innovation and quality, you'll influence strategic direction and contribute to a sustainable energy transition. Key Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and standardization across the Distribution business
Manage daily operations from proposal to project delivery
Build relationships with key clients and manage expectations
Identify market trends and improve performance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or electrical preferred)
10+ years in Electrical Distribution design and team management
Registration with Engineer and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC)
Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset
