The successful candidate must
Have at least 1-year experience working in the childcare setting
Possess solid interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
Possess excellent behavior management skills that include problem solving, positive reinforcement and redirection strategies.
Show warmth and sincerity when working with children.
Be the recipient of a valid first aid/CPR certificate.
Have a current health assessment, including TB test.
Be in possession of a current Criminal Reference Check.
