Lead the donor experience strategy for Sinai Health System Foundation in Toronto. This crucial role focuses on enhancing donor relationships and developing impactful stewardship programs. As the Director of Donor Experience, you will report directly to the Vice President, Donor Experience & Brand Communications.

Your responsibilities include crafting a top-tier donor engagement strategy, analyzing donor satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders, enhancing relationships with physicians and researchers while managing donor experience projects. Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement a world-class donor experience strategy
Develop KPIs to measure donor satisfaction and experience impact




Use analytics for stewardship strategies and gift renewal oversight
Partner with philanthropy teams for custom stewardship plans
Collaborate with the Brand Voice Director for digital engagement strategies

Requirements:
Seven years of experience in non-profit fundraising
Proven leadership and people management skills
Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
