Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. This role requires a strong focus on food safety, proper food handling, and delivering excellent service to our guests. The Grill Cook will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing delicious meals that meet our quality standards.

Duties
Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen operations during service hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of grilling techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
Strong understanding of food handling, cooking, and presentation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with the food industry and restaurant operations is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $18.23-$20.00 per hour
