In this role, you will consult with hiring managers, develop comprehensive talent strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process, positioning IEM as the employer of choice within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in corporate talent acquisition
