Minimum Qualifications
3rd or 4th year of University working towards an Engineering degree or equivalent
Some product design and CAD design experience, proficiency in mechanical drafting
Strong documentation, organizational & project management skills
Robust leadership, problem‑solving & analytical skills
Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
Must have valuable organizational skills, be a self‑starter, team player and an active listener

Duties and Responsibilities
Drawing creation, update, review, release, etc. from rough concepts up to detail/final drawings considering tolerance/fits, GD&T;, and MSM/Customer specifications.
Trial coordination, data analysis, and follow up
Coordination of outside vendors (sub‑contracted testing, processing of parts, supply of components, etc.)
Cycle time studies and bottleneck identification
Problem solving including root cause investigation, data analysis, and presentation
Assist in equipment design, build, installation, and commissioning
Assist in workcell layout and improvement projects
Ergonomic assessment and improvement
Tooling and gauging design, build, and implementation
Shipping of parts, tooling, etc.




Support with continuous improvement, suggestion program, quality improvement, and cost reduction projects
Initiate and embrace company change
Maintain proper filing system to ensure all information is properly stored and easily retrieved; comply and participate in monthly Health & Safety Quiz
Provide Engineering support to other departments as directed by the Engineering Manager or designate
