As a Heavy Duty Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to construction and forestry customers in Central and Northern Alberta. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair various machinery systems at customer job sites in Red Deer and Grande Prairie/Clairmont, ensuring high standards in both technical proficiency and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic and electrical systems
• Service equipment from manufacturers such as John Deere and Komatsu




• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while working independently
• Complete all necessary service reports and documentation

Requirements:
• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician / Red Seal mandatory
• Field service experience in the forestry or construction industry
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components
• Willingness to travel within defined regions
• Valid driver’s license with pristine driving history
