Elk Valley Resources is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to support our coal mining operations. This full time role features a site-based 4x4 schedule in Sparwood, B.C., fostering a secure and productive work culture. As an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), you will play a vital role in troubleshooting equipment and ensuring high operational standards.

You will report directly to the Shovel and Drill Supervisor and work in tandem with various trades to facilitate preventive maintenance and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose equipment issues effectively
Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks
Document maintenance activities accurately
Collaborate with contractors and other trades
Comply with health and safety policies

Requirements:
Valid Interprovincial Red Seal certification necessary
Must possess a valid driver's license
Previous mining sector experience preferred
Willingness to work outdoors in variable conditions
