You are expected to provide invaluable legal advice, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Your role in translating legal complexities into actionable insights is vital to advancing CPAB’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-profile enforcement investigations and proceedings
Oversee multidisciplinary enforcement teams and legal counsel




Provide strategic advice on procedural fairness and regulatory risk
Draft enforcement recommendations and related legal documents
Design and implement effective regulatory processes

Requirements:
Law degree and positive standing with a Canadian law society
Minimum 10 years of legal and regulatory experience
Proven experience in leading investigations and regulatory matters
Robust knowledge of administrative and regulatory law
Demonstrated ability to support senior decision-making
