Key Responsibilities:
• Document and qualify welding procedures and welder performance
• Serve as a technical resource for welding and joining methods
• Identify and analyze welding defects through troubleshooting




• Choose materials and machinery tailored to welding needs
• Collaborate with teams to foster weldability in design

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in welding engineering or mechanical engineering
• Foundational understanding of welding processes (e.g., SMAW, GMAW)
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AUTOCAD, CATIA)
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Experience with NDT and quality control beneficial
