Key Responsibilities:
• Verify financial transactions and process payments accurately
• Execute property tax processes as required
• Provide processing support for various funding activities




• Maintain well-organized digital loan files
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months in an administrative capacity
• Fluent in both French and English
• Experience within mortgage or loan administration preferred
• High-level relationship management and customer service skills
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
