Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Experienced Esthetician to join our team on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays for a contract position. This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering exceptional guest experiences while showcasing their skills in skincare, body waxing, makeup application, facials and nail care. Responsibilities
Provide skilled esthetic services including facials, waxing, massage, makeup application, and nail care with enthusiasm and attention to detail
Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding individual needs and offering personalized recommendations
Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and upselling relevant skincare or beauty lines to guests
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations
Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments efficiently
Conduct product demos to educate guests about our organic skincare and beauty lines
Support the team with guest inquiries and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift
Skills
Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe workplace for clients and staff
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations
Proficiency in performing body waxing, facials, brows, massage, makeup application, and nail care treatments
