Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Issues Management training materials
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses




• Support continuous improvement and process refinement
• Monitor and manage DevonWay application suite

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years in issues management and analysis
• Proven experience with DevonWay ImpAct system
• Solid skills in training development and facilitation
• Analytical skills for identifying trends and improvements
