With a minimum of three years of related experience, you will enhance project scope understanding, collaborate with both clients and vendors, and ensure that all project documentation aligns with requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage project files effectively
• Review scope documents for estimation accuracy




• Confirm inclusions/exclusions of the project scope
• Partner with teams to finalize bid documents
• Participate in Estimating-related meetings regularly

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• At least 3 years in Estimating within construction
• Familiarity with facade systems advantageous
• Construction Estimation Certification preferred
• Must work in office in Vaughan
