We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. Must be available on weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and a robust understanding of food safety and handling practices.

As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workplace. If you are enthusiastic about cooking and have a desire to contribute to a agile food service operation, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during meal service.




Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and operational improvements.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued.
