In this role, you will guide Magna through large-scale transformations by crafting comprehensive change management strategies. Working closely with manufacturing and project teams, you’ll analyze organizational readiness and develop training programs to enhance employee adoption of new systems. Your insights will be crucial for maintaining effective communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and coordinate with manufacturing teams for effective outcomes
• Define KPIs and track change adoption progress
• Facilitate change impact analyses across business processes




• Develop and deliver training resources to support current systems
• Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on change initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field
• 10+ years' experience in change management practices
• Prosci Change Management Certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience in managing large transformation initiatives
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar tools
