Lead with purpose as the Clinical Supervisor for the Minnesota Sex Offender Program in Moose Lake, focusing on both clinical oversight and administrative management. This role is pivotal for effective treatment delivery. In this position, you will provide leadership for a team of clinical staff within the therapeutic community at MSOP.
A Master’s or Doctorate degree is required, along with experience in clinical supervision specific to mental health or sex offense treatments. This role necessitates robust facilitation and coordination skills to manage therapeutic objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical staff to enhance treatment delivery
Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration and client meetings
Administer compliance with organizational policies
Sustain a therapeutic setting conducive to recovery
Guide performance management and staff training
Requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
Active mental health licensure in Minnesota
Minimum two years in clinical supervision
Leadership experience in clinical settings
Ability to foster a healing therapeutic space
