Spectrum is looking for a agile Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) on a one-year contract to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering quality integrated care. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct integrated palliative care team operations
• Collaborate with care teams to establish comprehensive care plans

Requirements:
• RN/RPN in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
