Executive Associate to be the right hand of our management team.

Prospect Overview: This is a high-impact role combining business development, client relationship management, and public-facing representation with day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. You'll be deeply involved in shaping how the firm is presented, while helping manage client engagements and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client outreach and relationship management

Represent the firm in social media, podcasts, and marketing content

Assist with business development strategies and execution

Manage projects and strategic initiatives with management

Deliver polished communication and public presence

Prepare and maintain financial and administrative records

Process invoices,



transactions, and expenses

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks (A/R, A/P, Payroll, GST/PST, bookkeeping)

Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements

Support individual and corporate tax preparation

Greet and assist office visitors

Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally

Organize and maintain client records and files

Handle mail, couriers, copying, scanning, and faxing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business (required)

3+ years experience in business development, client advisory, or accounting roles

Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Skilled, loyal, and aligned with our firm’s values

Proficient in: Caseware, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, iFirm Taxprep, Odoo, ChatGPT, Python, Audacity, and Canva
