Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor in Dowling, Ontario. This pivotal role provides essential HR advisory support that drives organizational performance and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture Advisory & Operations, your responsibilities include managing sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring consistent HR application, and coaching leaders to improve their effectiveness. By strategically aligning people strategies with operational goals, you'll contribute to enriching workplace culture and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management and relations
• Lead investigations for complex employee matters
• Coach leadership to enhance people management skills
• Align HR policies and practices consistently across teams
• Support workforce planning and organizational changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business or Human Resources
• 7+ years in HR advisory or similar capacities
• Extensive experience with workplace investigations
• Robust knowledge of Canadian HR laws
• Proven communication and relationship management abilities
