Your responsibilities will include validating requirements, training clients, and engaging with stakeholders on revenue cycle management best practices. You will create smooth experiences by translating regulations into actionable tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide EVV activations and certifications for compliance
• Validate configurations for diverse payer programs




• Investigate and resolve billing and cycle issues
• Support configuration validation and customer training
• Develop documentation and best practices for teams

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in RCM/home health care
• Proven experience with Medicaid EVV workflows
• Robust communication skills for leadership engagement
• Multitasking skills and adaptive project management
• Expertise in AI tools for operational improvement
