This is why proper training and certifications are very necessary. At Caldek we focus on the efficiencies and the tricks to ensure welds are robust and no corners are cut.
Loading and transport of job equipment & materials
Vinyl installation and removal including all prep
Railing installation & removal
Deck and other construction and removal
Working outdoors in all conditions
Completing daily notes
Performing upkeep and cleaning of company tools and vehicles
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous construction experience is beneficial but not required
Can work independently
Values communication and honesty
