In this role, you will combine direct nursing care with supervisory responsibilities for CCA, Floor LPN, SSW, FSW, and ESW team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ongoing assessments with a focus on resident care
• Oversee the administration of medications and treatments
• Develop and update care plans collaboratively with the team




• Coach staff and address performance issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with all care standards and regulations

Requirements:
• Current LPN registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
• Diploma in Practical Nursing and relevant experience
• Leadership skills with at least 2 years nursing practice
• CPR certification and knowledge in dementia care
• Experience with resident-centered care principles preferred
