Join the locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist team in Michigan with a structured weekday OR schedule and off-site call. Cover a range of outpatient and surgical anesthesia cases for adults, including OB.
In this role, you will provide essential anesthesia services within an inpatient hospital focused on adult care. You will manage a broad spectrum of cases, including ortho, endoscopy, and general surgery, averaging 4 to 8 procedures daily. The arrangement allows for collaboration with dedicated support staff, ensuring an effective workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
• Handle OB responsibilities, including epidurals and cesareans
• Oversee a mix of outpatient and inpatient cases
• Support team of techs and nurses throughout procedures
• Participate in off-site weekday and occasional weekend call
Requirements:
• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credential
• Board Certification required
• Must possess a Michigan state license
• Familiarity with Epic and Dragon charting systems
• Nerve block proficiency is beneficial but not required
