This is a full time, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks Off role for Dash 8 Captains and First Officers, located in Québec, QC. Team members will operate Dash 8 aircraft in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include pre-flight inspections, flight planning, monitoring flight systems, ensuring passenger safety, and collaborating effectively with the flight crew. Captains will be expected to lead with professionalism and demonstrate excellent decision-making, while First Officers will provide essential support to ensure protected and effective operations.

Qualifications
Possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) as required
Experience operating Dash 8 or similar aircraft,



with specific training or type ratings preferred
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, flight planning, and safety standards
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain composure and make critical decisions under pressure
Minimum required hours of flight experience as determined by regulatory and company standards
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English or French; bilingualism considered an asset
Valid medical certification required by aviation authorities
Eligibility to work in Canada with no restrictions; must hold a valid passport
