AGF is looking for an Evening Production Supervisor to oversee the production of reinforcing steel. With 75 years of industry leadership, this role requires you to ensure production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will train and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a team-oriented work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production processes in a busy manufacturing setting
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct inspections for QA/QC and resolve fabrication issues




• Promote waste reduction within lean manufacturing practices
• Complete shift reporting and documentation accurately

Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of steel or rebar manufacturing critical
• Solid technical communication and organization skills
• Familiar with Excel and production management systems
• Valid forklift and/or crane certification preferred
