Join Standish as a Fund Controller, focusing on financial reporting and fund administration for various private equity funds. Use your finance expertise to streamline operations effectively.

In your role, you'll partner with the Engagement Manager to handle financial statement preparation and fund accounting tasks. Overseeing the audit processes, you'll ensure timely Capital Calls, Distributions, and accurate cash flow management. This position may require some travel to client locations to facilitate oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the audit and tax processes effectively
• Assist with Capital Calls, Distributions, and investor Allocations
• Manage and track financing of portfolio companies




• Oversee cash flow forecasting and management
• Maintain up-to-date investor information in required software

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting field
• At least 2 years in public accounting or similar role
• CPA licensure is a plus
• Experience in Private Equity/VC sectors preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
