Key Responsibilities:
• Create therapeutic relationships to promote health autonomy
• Conduct thorough client assessments and document findings

Requirements:
• Approved nursing program graduated
• BCCNM Registered Nurse licensure required
• 2 years’ experience in community nursing with complex patients
• Access to a valid BC Driver’s license and vehicle
• Solid assessment and problem-solving skills
