The YMCA of Southwestern Current Brunswick seeks an Executive Assistant & Governance Specialist to enhance operations and support leadership in a vibrant community workplace.

As a vital member of the YMCA team, you will bring forward your administrative expertise to assist the President and CEO and manage Board relations. This role provides opportunities to contribute to significant community outcomes while maintaining high governance standards and practices across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings
• Prepare materials for Board and leadership decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and the Board




• Ensure compliance with governance standards and documentation
• Engage with community partners to strengthen relationships

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in executive or governance roles
• Degree in Office Administration or relevant disciplines
• Interaction experience with senior Boards
• Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the nonprofit sector
