Stem Health is on the lookout for a Registered Social Worker in good standing with OCSWSSW to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. This position focuses on delivering thorough assessments and individualized therapeutic interventions while fostering solid relationships with health-engaged members. You will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing our mental health program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments for current members
• Provide personalized therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Offer in-person sessions prioritizing member safety and comfort




• Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated care
• Facilitate referrals for members needing higher support levels

Requirements:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) required
• Registered Social Worker in valuable standing
• At least 3 years of clinical experience post-registration
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities including mindfulness and CBT
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
