We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Door to Door Sales Representative to join our agile sales team. This role involves engaging potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. Duties
Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products or services to prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly, utilizing negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through excellent customer service.
Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
Engage in business development efforts by identifying potential markets and expanding outreach efforts.




Provide product demonstrations when necessary, explaining technical features in a transparent, accessible manner.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, including B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred. (not required)
Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of customer interactions daily.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Demonstrated business development capabilities with a proactive approach to expanding client base.
Valid driver’s license is preferred for mobility purposes but not mandatory depending on territory coverage. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise while making meaningful connections with customers across diverse communities.

Pay: $15.00-$100.00 per hour
