This role offers a strategic prospect as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant at Long View, based in any of our major branches. Your contributions will enable organizations to enhance their customer-facing processes through tailored Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform functionalities. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design deployment strategies for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Conduct workshops for requirements and process evaluations
• Implement Dynamics 365 CE features




• Create integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Support ongoing improvements and troubleshooting post-deployment

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform implementation
• Robust experience with multiple Dynamics modules
• Skilled in translating business needs to technical designs
• Familiarity with CRM best practices
