The position involves working closely with the Superintendent team to oversee projects in residential constructions and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will excel in organizing site needs, directing trades, and communicating effectively on-site while being adaptable to changing demands across various locations in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Site Superintendent for site needs
• Support administrative duties and safety protocols
• Direct trades and ensure effective site coordination
• Handle maintenance and finish work promptly
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and skilled
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Experience in site supervision is a plus
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills in English required
